Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened beauty products or cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges: We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
